According to clujust.ro, a 56-year-old man, who masturbated on the trolleybus on line 6 in Cluj-Napoca, was sentenced to 9 months of suspended prison for insulting good morals and 80 days of community service .

According to the indictment, the facts happened between October 22, 2021 and April 11, 2022, while the man was traveling by bus on the route Piața Mărăști – Pod IRA. Prosecutors noted that the man committed explicit sexual acts, while visually interacting with female passengers, masturbating, respectively imitating such sexual acts with the help of a sex toy.

“On 22.10.2021 at around 07:10, the injured person was traveling by bus line 6 towards the IRA station. The accused boarded the same means of transport, in which there were also other passengers (…) he took his penis out of his trousers, masking it from the onlookers in front with a ruscac, and masturbated while he turned towards the injured person (…) On 11.04.2022, the defendant got into the same means of transport and sat behind the witness (…) taking out a sex toy from the backpack”, the documents submitted to the file state.
