TODAY: Prefect’s Institution Day ceremony in Alba Iulia. Former prefects, sub-prefects and staff congratulated for their contribution

On April 2, the Prefect’s Institution Day was celebrated. Several former prefects, sub-prefects and employees were congratulated for their contribution and work. Later they held discussions with several students in the field of law and public administration from the 1 Decembrie 1918 University in Alba Iulia.

Today, April 2, the Day of the Prefect’s Institution was marked by a solemn ceremony in which the former prefects, sub-prefects and employees of the institution were congratulated for their dedication and contribution to the smooth functioning of the local administration.

These public service professionals were congratulated and appreciated through a ceremony, during which they were handed diplomas and plaques, symbols of gratitude for their work and devotion to the residents of Alba County.

The event continued with the Open Day, providing the opportunity for young students to come into direct contact with the prefect’s institution.

A group of law and public administration students from the 1 Decembrie 1918 University in Alba Iulia were warmly welcomed by the prefect and the employees of the prefecture.

They had the opportunity to discover in detail the role and importance of the prefect’s institution in local administration. During the day, the students were guided through the prefecture offices, where they had the chance to interact with employees and better understand their daily activities and responsibilities. They had the chance to ask questions, learn more about administrative processes and understand how they influence the daily life of the local community.

For many of these young people, the Open Day was a valuable and inspirational educational experience, giving them a unique perspective on the activity and impact of the Prefect’s institution in local government.

At the end of the day, the students left with a greater understanding and appreciation for the vital role that the prefect’s institution plays in maintaining order and developing the local community.
