“The experiments on the people of Resita and the impending bankruptcy of Resita must be stopped urgently!”

The former vice-president of the Caraș-Severin County Council, the current director of the Caraș-Severin Health Insurance House, Ionuț Mihai Popovici launched his candidacy, alongside him being several social democrats, some of them future councilors on the list submitted with this occasion at the Municipal Electoral Office.

Supported and proposed in the electoral battle for the Reșița City Hall by the Social Democratic Party, Ionuț Popovici has in his “quiver” several objectives that he has proposed to tick off for Reșiţa and the people of Reșița, at the head of the local administration.

“The lie, the manipulation, the experiments on the people of Resita and the imminent bankruptcy of Resita must be stopped urgently!

The reality of Reșița means neighborhoods without water, without sewerage, without asphalt, it means the highest taxes and fees that the residents of Reșiței have paid, which are higher than in Iași, Bhucurești, Cluj or Sibiu and even Timișoara.

It means few and poorly paid jobs, it means the lack of co-financing for many of the projects that are currently being executed, it means a degree of indebtedness towards the maximum of Reșița for the next decades, debts that will be paid by our children, perhaps by our grandchildren, that’s why I tell you that this is actually the real Reșița”said the PSD candidate for Reșita City Hall.

Ionuț Popovici claims that in the fight for the head of the local administration he is not alone, but has behind him a formidable team of professionals who have proven both through their everyday life and their professional activity that they are the best candidates for the City Council of the municipality on Bârzava. Along with this team, Ionuț Popovici also created a government program that he will present to the people of Resisi in the election campaign.

“I was born in Reșita, married in Reșita, my children were born in Reșita, I felt the pain of losing my parents in Reșita, I carry out my work in Reșita, practically for me Reșita means everything and I will not leave this municipality, seat of the county of on the banks of Bârzava, to go into the abyss.

Stop lying! Stop the manipulation that, unfortunately for the residents of Resiți, has been served to us for eight years!

You will see a participatory governance program, basically we made the skeleton of this governance program following the opinion of the people living in Reșita. The program is called Zece Plus and starting from the day of submitting the candidacy, I will explain what I, my team PSD Reșita and PSD Caraș-Severin, together with the future president of the County Council, Silviu Hurduzeu, do for this county blessed by God and played by politicians”also stated the candidate proposed by the social democrats for the Reșita City Hall.
