Nicolae Robu, the PSD-PNL Alliance candidate for the Timișoara City Hall, is working on a project to improve and modernize the public transport system.
Robu emphasized that he is working together with a team of talented and dedicated young people, with the aim of changing the future of the city for the better by revitalizing the public transport system.
“We aim to bring about a significant change in the way the inhabitants of Timisoara move.
We want to establish a fixed and predictable timetable for all means of transport and optimize the routes so as to cover all areas of the city”, said Robu.
In addition to modernizing public transport, Robu also highlighted the importance of protecting the environment by stimulating the use of electric and hybrid cars.
In this regard, the candidate proposes the construction of several large charging stations, capable of serving 10-20 vehicles simultaneously. “These stations will provide a considerable advantage for taxi drivers and ridesharers, thus eliminating the waiting time for charging. Also, all the inhabitants of Timișoara will benefit, reducing the frustrations related to the time lost at the few available charging stations”, added Robu.
These comprehensive proposals reflect Nicolae Robu’s commitment to bring significant improvements in the areas of transport and the environment in the city of Timișoara. With a particular focus on efficiency and sustainability, Robu hopes to gain community support to implement these ambitious plans.
