CNAIR informs traffic participants which carries out international road freight transport operations through the border crossing points with Hungary, that during the period: March 28 (Thursday), 22:00 – March 29 (Friday), 22:00 and March 30 (Saturday), 22:00 – April 1 (Monday), 22:00the movement of all goods transport vehicles with a capacity greater than 7.5 tons will be restricted.

The restrictions do not refer to means of transport that transport dangerous goods, live animals, perishable food products or those subject to a certain temperature regime.

The measure taken by the Hungarian authorities for the celebration of the Catholic Easter Holidays covers the period mentioned above.

“We recommend drivers to use all existing border crossing points on the border with Hungary when the restrictions are lifted, in order to avoid blockages caused by the large influx of traffic,” CNAIR representatives also sent.
