Outrageous case in Vaslui: a disabled girl was raped by her father. Her mother defends the man and blames her

The 46-year-old man was arrested after the teachers called 112 and the police began an investigation.

Although the man confessed what he did, the victim’s mother is still trying to find an excuse for her husband.

“He told me, he was afraid to tell me on the spot then. He admitted and said: “I swear what you want that I only once, that she called me to do something like that”, declared the mother of the raped girl.

Aged 20, the girl classified in the second degree of disability was until three months ago in the care of foster carers.

The young woman requested to return to the home of her natural parents, where she lived during the weekend, and during the other days of the week she was accommodated at the boarding school of a special school.

“The case was closed, the measure ended in 2023, upon request. The person in question wanted to return to his family”, Romeo Crețu, spokesman for DGASPC Vaslui, told ProTV News.

The police are continuing the investigation in this case, and if found guilty, the man risks up to ten years in prison.
