The police officers from the Roșiori de Vede Criminal Investigation Bureau ordered the detention of a 23-year-old man from the Peretu commune, investigated under the aspect of committing the crime of blackmail.
On March 24 this year, the police executed a home search warrant, within the radius of the Peretu commune, at the house of the suspected person, as a result of the activities, several devices with storage space, useful for the case, were seized, at the same time the measure of restraint was ordered by the alleged author, the man being placed in the Detention and Preventive Arrest Center within the Teleorman County Police Inspectorate.
From the research it emerged that, on March 7 this year, the man allegedly threatened the 33-year-old woman, from the municipality of Roșiori de Vede, with whom he was chatting on a social network, with the publication of photos in indecent poses, if he does not receive 500 euros from her.
Investigations are being continued in order to document the entire criminal activity, under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Roșiori de Vede Court, announced IPJ Teleorman.
