A woman was pre-arrested on Monday for 30 days and is being investigated for committing the crimes of rape of a minor and child pornography, both in continuous form, the Tulcea County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) announced on Monday, reports Agerpres.
Between October 2023 and February 2024, the woman, taking advantage of the authority she had over the 13-year-old minor injured person, under her care, protection and education, at different intervals of time, allegedly had sexual acts with the victim and to have instigated another person under investigation, for the purpose of producing pornographic materials, states the cited source.
“The investigated woman would have made such materials using her personal mobile phone, would have owned them in this computer system and would have distributed them to the other investigated, at his request, through a social network. On March 25, 2024, the prosecutors of the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism – Tulcea Territorial Office ordered her detention for 24 hours”, according to the IPJ information.
According to the source, the rights and liberties judge of the Tulcea Court ordered the preventive arrest of the woman for 30 days on Monday.
“The prosecutors of the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism – Tulcea Territorial Office proposed the preventive arrest in absentia of the other suspect, who is evading criminal prosecution, in charge of which the crimes of instigation to rape committed against a minor were apprehended and child pornography, both in continuous form”, mentions IPJ.
The investigations were carried out by the policemen of the Tulcea Organized Crime Fighting Service and the prosecutors of the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism – Tulcea Territorial Office.
