A 49-year-old man from Satmare, from the village of Bârsăul de Sus, was charged with a criminal case immediately after he was involved in a road accident resulting in material damage, as a result of driving an unregistered agricultural machine (tractor) , on County Road 193E in the town of Bârsău de Sus, having a blood alcohol level of 0.83 mg/l of breath alcohol, according to PresaSM information.

The guilty individual told the police that he went with the agricultural equipment (tractor) he owns, which is not registered or registered, to the land he owns in the outskirts of Bârsau town, to mow it. There he consumed a beer, in a 1-liter bottle, and after about 3 hours he headed home. He entered DJ 193 E from Bârsău de Sus, he was on the left lane, and a gray car, driven by a woman, was traveling on the right lane.

And when he wanted to make a right turn to enter the street where he lives, he hit the car on the left side, which was driving normally, destroying its front and rear doors. The tractor driver stated that at that moment he thought he was driving legally. Regarding the tractor, he declares that he has owned it for about 4 years, he did not go to register it, but he is going to apply for its registration at Bârsău City Hall.

It emerged from the driver’s statement that while she was driving the car on DJ 193E towards Bârsău de Jos, she was hit by a tractor whose driver made a right turn without securing himself.
