The drinking water and sewage network will be extended to several villages in the Ighiu commune. On the 15th and 24th of April, the handover-acceptance minutes of the locations were signed, announced Traian Rusu, the mayor of the Ighiu commune.

“I inform you that on April 15, 2024, I signed the handover-acceptance report of the site for the investment “Extending the potable water network with branches in the localities of Șard, Ighiu, Țelna, Ighiu commune, Alba county”.
Today, April 24, 2024, I signed the handover-acceptance report of the site for the execution of the works “Extension of the domestic sewage network in the villages of Ighiu, Șard, Ighiel, Bucerdea Vinoasă, Ighiu commune, Alba county”.
The duration of the contract is 12 months starting from the date of issuing the administrative order to start the works. Thus, by mutual agreement with the builder, both works will start on 08.05.2024.
I ask the citizens of the areas where the works will be executed to be understanding with the disturbances caused by their execution.
