“We went for a walk after the morning meal, to make room for the evening meal”says a tourist. “I’m from Medgidia, but I moved to Piatra Neamţ a few years ago and now I came to visit”says another. “I was at home with my family, I had lunch with my family and now I went for a walk”says another person.

There was also joy for the little ones, who enjoyed playing in the sand. Others were braver and did not give up until they entered the sea water, even if it was no more than 14 degrees.

Those who didn’t make it to the sea today, went to the thermal baths, at a center near Bucharest.

Woman: After a week of work, after so much time, we came to relax. It’s a gift from the boy.
Reporter: Who did you come with?
Woman: With the husband and the boy and his girlfriend.

“Easter is spent in the family again this year. But not at home, as we are used to, but at the pool. People came from all over the world to relax in the biggest spa in Europe”transmits Anaida GlujdeaObserver reporter.

Greek tourist: Yes, with my family. We came here 3 days ago and we are having fun.
Reporter: Do you usually celebrate at home?
Greek tourist: Usually at home, but we had free time, so why not come to Romania?

“It was nice to see a quieter Bucharest, we came to the pool. We came to swim and enjoy the sun outside. Look at this place! It’s wonderful!”says another man.

After the copious meals, some felt the need for a detox.

Reporter: What did you come for? What activities do you want to do?
Man: Strictly for the sauna. These days I ate a lot and a detox is welcome.

When it comes to spa activities, people are spoiled for choice. “We have an increased share of locals during this period. On Easter, our Romanians come to relax. They come to enjoy activities, in the sauna, beauty treatments or baths in the mineral pools”he says Cârâc Cosmin Nicolaedirector of the wellness center.
