regarding the convening of the Bistrita-Năsăud County Council in an ordinary meeting on March 28, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

Given the:

  • report no. IIA/6804 from 21.03.2024 of the Human Resources Service, organization, the relationship with the county council, IT, the Legal Department, local administration within the Bistrita-Năsăud County Council;
  • the provisions of the Decision of the Bistrita-Năsăud County Council no. 93/2020 regarding the approval of the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Bistrita-Năsăud County Council, with subsequent amendments and additions;
  • legality opinion no. IIC/6814 of 21.03.2024 of the Legal Department, coordination of local councils;

Pursuant to the provisions of art. 178 paragraph (1), art. 179 in conjunction with art. 134 and art. 135, art. 196 paragraph (1) letter b) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 regarding the Code administratively, with subsequent amendments and additions,

AVAILABLE:

Article 1 (1) The Bistrita-Năsăud County Council is convened in ordinary session, on 28th of March 2024, 4 p.m00. The meeting will be held via video conference.

(2) The draft agenda of the ordinary meeting is provided in the Annex, which is an integral part of this provision.

Article 2 (1) This provision is brought to public knowledge through the local mass media ANDand on the website www.portalbn.ro.

(2) County councilors can download the documents subject to debate from the website of the Bistriţa-Năsăud County Council, in the Meeting materials section, starting from 22.03.2024.

Article 3 The county councilors can formulate and submit amendments to the draft decisions on the agenda of the regular meeting.

Article 4 This provision is communicated, through the care of the Human Resources Service, organization, the relationship with the county council, IT with:
