Având în vedere faptul că APL nu poate întocmi procese-verbale contravenționale pe art. 178, al. 4, pct. d) construcția anexelor, balcoanelor, copertinelor, transformarea acoperișurilor sau extinderea celor existente, care afectează aspectul arhitectural al blocurilor locative, examinarea cazului este de competența Inspectoratului Național pentru Supraveghere Tehnică și a Poliției”, susține Pretura sectorului Centru din municipiul Chișinău.
