From Friday, the electoral campaign period officially begins and the current pre-campaign period ends. Timișoara City Hall has announced the list of street display places, but does not comment on the meshes of the United Timișoara Alliance, which violated the law.

Those from ATU had on several buildings in Timișoara, especially blocks, banners with the message “Vote”, an exhortation prohibited until May 10, when the electoral campaign officially begins. Meshes stay on buildings for weeks. Here is what the mayor’s office hopes in the statement sent. “We urge political parties and candidates to respect the rules and legal norms regarding the electoral display and to conduct their activity responsibly“, says the release with the list of official locations.

TimișPlus asked what the mayor’s office thinks about the banner with the ATU candidates, where the mayoral candidate is userist Dominic Fritz. Coincidentally, the mayor of the city, but if we don’t want a banana country, not exempted from compliance with the law, and also the head of USR Timițoara. We mention that the Local Police did not issue any fine either. As usual on the media communication group, the communication employee, Monica Ivan, ignores the media’s questions, as she does in 90% of the situations.
