The Minister of Transport, Sorin Grindeanu, announces an important step for the Cluj-Dej Expressway, showing that on Monday 5 bids were submitted for the contract necessary to develop the Feasibility Study of this new high-speed road in Transylvania. The estimated value is 28.34 million lei (without VAT), and the amount is provided by FEN (Non-Reimbursable European Funds).

“An important step for the Cluj-Dej Express Road! Today, 5 bids were submitted for the contract necessary to develop the Feasibility Study of this new high-speed road in Transylvania”, the minister announced in a post.

He shows that the estimated value is 28.34 million lei (without VAT), and the amount is provided by FEN (Non-Reimbursable European Funds).

The contract must be completed in 21 months, of which 18 months for the Feasibility Study. After construction, the Cluj-Dej Express Highway, with an estimated length of 75 km, will also ensure the connection with the future Transregio Gilău – Apahida Road and the Transilvania Highway”, the minister states.
