Mihail Dojană, who coordinated the AUR campaign in Sector 1, announced that he is leaving the formation because it is not the people who matter in the party, but the personal interests of some people he does not name. It is the second departure in recent days, after that of Valentin Florea who was supposed to be the candidate for the District 6 City Hall.

“Today I ended my political “adventure” in AUR. During all this time, we managed to gather a beautiful and united team at Sector 1, in a party that can hardly be called a political party, where people do not matter, where the political interests of the party do not come first, but only the momentary interests of some people you can count on the fingers of one hand”, wrote Dojană in a message published on Facebook on Friday.

He emphasizes that “for the sake of elegance, I will not develop it here nor will I give details because it would mean descending to a level that does not characterize me, but which is a constant way of working in this party”.

Also on Friday, Valentin Florea, the AUR candidate for the City Hall of Sector 6, announced that he would resign from the party, being disappointed by the direction taken by the formation led by George Simion, whom he described as “garbage” that made a “blat” in Bucharest.

“Today I decided to resign from the AUR party. I only feel sorry for the good people, people he took advantage of and still takes advantage of, a Garbage,” wrote Florea on his Facebook page, posting a photo of him in which the party’s logo also appears.

He accused George Simion of being greedy for power and of “destroying organizations in the country, a man who humiliates, offends, lies.”

Valentin Florea also stated on Saturday that his message comes after “I can no longer have a trash party leader” who “wants total control” and whom he says that “Stalin was a small child”. He hopes that Claudiu Târziu will reach the helm of the party.
