Timotei Onoriu is one of the real estate developers in Sector 1. Among others, he is the grandson of the head of the Romanian National Christian Union Party and the grandson of Gabi Luncă. He is also part of the Onoriu clan which has been involved in controversial constructions in Sector 1 or violent activities.
It’s just that for a few months he ended up being one of AUR’s close friends. The one who produced the “glue” is none other than Marius Lulea, a well-known financier of AUR, also a real estate developer. Timotei became the financial director of the largest company established by AUR members.
Real estate developers, the financial “head” of AUR
Even though it is fresh on the market, the company is already a “subscriber” to the contracts with the state. According to information from the public space, there are already contracts worth 1 million lei. Timotei Onoriu is the son of Estera Onoriu, none other than the daughter of the late Gabi Luncă and Marceluș Burloi.
Including his father is a real estate developer, also in Sector 1, towards Străulești. Where by the way several clans operate in this real estate area. In fact, Estera Onoriu also has a fairly important public activity. This is a pastor, but also the president of the National Christian Union of Roma Party in Romania.
Somehow this connection with politics was inherited from the family itself. Of course, his father, Ion Onoriu, was the first president after 1989 of the Pro-Europe Roma Party.
Timotei Onoriu, over 100 properties in his name
The proof that Timotei Onoriu is a successful real estate developer is the number of properties in his name. According to information from the public space, he has no less than 100 real estate properties in Bucharest. He deals with constructions as an individual or through two SRLs that he controls.
The reason why Onoriu was co-opted by Lulea remains a mystery, although probably the real estate investments brought them together, but also the possible contracts and money they could get their hands on.
