Seven people who were in a minibus were injured in a traffic accident that took place on Tuesday evening on DN 7, at the exit from Deva towards Arad, after the vehicle entered a parapet that separates the directions of travel road, informed the Hunedoara County Police Inspectorate, according to agerpres.ro.

“From the first investigations, the police determined that the minibus traveling from Mintia to Deva crashed into the parapet that separates the directions of travel,” the quoted source said.

The seven injured, including the driver of the minibus, all men between the ages of 26 and 56, were transported to the Emergency Reception Unit (UPU) Deva and UPU Hunedoara.

To help the victims, the military firefighters of the Deva Detachment intervened with three special vehicles and two SMURD ambulances, and two crews of the Hunedoara County Ambulance Service were also present at the scene. The rescuers extracted the seven victims, all of whom were in the minibus involved in the accident, stated the Hunedoara Emergency Situations Inspectorate.

The driver will have biological samples taken at the hospital.

DN7 was blocked on the direction of travel Arad – Deva, as well as the climb from DN76 Brad-Deva to DN7, in the area of ​​the Şoimuş bridge.

According to the representatives of the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations Hunedoara, an accident took place on DN7, in the town of Leşnic, where two cars collided head-on.

Three of the injured remained stuck in the cars, being taken out by the extrication teams.

“There was an impact between two cars, on DN7 in Leşnic, as a result of which seven people were injured. In the shortest time, the rescue firefighters of the Ilia Section and the Deva Detachment arrived at the scene of the accident and found that six of the seven injured had polytraumas as a result of the accident, but they were all conscious. A seventh injured person was taken by ambulance before the arrival of fire crews. Three of the injured were stuck in the cars, being taken out by the extrication teams”, the representatives of ISU Hunedoara sent on Facebook.
