According to some sources, the lifeless body was noticed by witnesses who called 112 to ask for help.

The rescuers arrived at the scene, but due to the unfavorable hydro-meteorological conditions, they could not intervene.
Furthermore, the waves would have pulled the body back to the bottom, so search operations could no longer be carried out.
We mention that Constanța County is today under Code Orange and Code Yellow warnings of strong wind.
We remind you that at the beginning of January two young men disappeared on Lake Siutghiol where they were fishing. A month later, the body of one of the young men surfaced.
UPDATE 1 8.35 PM
According to ISU Dobrogea, about an hour ago, the crews that participated in the actions to recover the body that was spotted floating in Lake Siutghiol withdrew.
The body was not found.
