Following the violent impact between a motorcycle and a car, the motorcyclist lost his life.

Moreover, the Albă Iulia Fire Department was requested to intervene to provide first medical aid and provide specific measures to a road accident on DN 1, in the area of ​​the town of Sântimbru, between a car and a motorcycle, according to the spokesperson of Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) Alba, Alex Crişan.

“When the intervention forces arrived, the motorcyclist, aged approximately 40 years, was lying on the road, unconscious, in cardio-respiratory arrest.“, stated Alex Crişan.

Despite the efforts made by the specialist doctors who arrived on the scene, following the emergency call, the victim did not respond to resuscitation maneuvers.

Also, the police started investigations to determine the circumstances of the courier accident that resulted in the death of a motorcyclist.

On Friday, March 29, he was on DE 58, at the exit from the city of Flămânzi, when he signaled a car to stop, and another car, which had engaged in overtaking, hit him head-on and threw him into the concrete ditch on the right in the opposite direction, tens of meters away. Alexandru has fractures and head injuries, and is currently hospitalized at the Floreasca Emergency Clinical Hospital in Bucharest.“, the representatives of the Police Inspectorate of Botoşani County sent on Monday.
