A portion of the ceiling of a supermarket in Bucharest collapsed, on Thursday, on top of a 70-year-old woman. The victim was transported to the hospital with minor injuries, and ten other people left the premises. The shop was closed.
According to ISU Bucharest-Ilfov, the incident occurred at a supermarket on Liviu Rebreanu street. There, a piece of the ceiling, approximately two square meters, came off and fell on a person.

“The victim was taken over by a medical team, in a state of consciousness. She was transported to Pantelimon Hospital with minor injuries. The other 10 people got out without any problems. The store was closed”, according to ISU Bucharest-Ilfov.

Two fire trucks and a medical support crew participated in the intervention.
