And this year, farmers will be able to submit the Payment Application by accessing the IPA-Online application from the internet version, according to the IPA-Online User Instructions (accessible in the application).
If the payment request also includes interventions from the livestock sector, the applicant will first address the APIA manager in order to complete the declaration regarding the livestock sector and then complete the application for the area through the IPA-Online application.
Only one Payment Request will be completed, even if land surfaces are used in different localities or counties. The natural person, on the one hand, and the authorized natural person/family enterprise/individual enterprise, on the other hand, having the same owner, submit a single payment request.
After the deadline for submitting the payment request, farmers must notify APIA in writing of any change in the data declared in the payment request and in the supporting documents, within 15 days from the date of the change.
Farmers who do not carry out agricultural activity are not eligible for payment for non-compliant areas/animals.
Farmers and other beneficiaries who receive direct payments or annual payments through interventions in the form of direct payments and interventions for rural development, financed from European funds must comply with the rules regarding conditionality on the entire agricultural holding (including those that are ineligible and those that are no longer used for the purpose of production) and throughout the year of application.
The documents proving that the agricultural land is available to the farmer must be valid on the date of submission of the Application.
The responsibility regarding the legality and validity of the documents belongs to the farmer and/or the authority that issued/certified these documents, as the case may be.
CAREFUL!!! Farmers can also sign the Applications using the electronic signature. In this situation, it is necessary to notify (by phone message or e-mail) the official designated to manage the application that it is desired to sign electronically. The electronic signature applied to the payment request must be downloaded from the IPA-Online application on the date of submission. Commitments and declarations, part of the payment request, will also be signed electronically on the same date.
It is very important that, before signing the 2024 Payment Request, applicants check once more the information entered and the submitted documentation!
