The authorities in Constanta activated, on Wednesday, the Red Intervention Plan, after an accident in which a car and a minibus were involved. Eight people were evaluated on the spot, four adults and one child being transported to the hospital. Four women who left the scene of the accident later called 112 and requested to be taken to the hospital.

Thus, the firefighters received a call from the Balnear Techirghiol Sanatorium to take over four women, aged between 20 and 23, who had been involved in the road accident, but who had left before the crews arrived.

The four victims are conscious and requested to be transported to the hospital for medical investigations.

UPDATE: The firefighters specified that there were 16 people in the minibus, five of whom were minors. Also, five people were transported to the hospital.

“Eight victims were medically evaluated, as follows: three were monitored on the spot – two adults and one minor, who did not require transport to the hospital. Five other people – one adult and four minors – were transported to the hospital with various injuries. All five victims are conscious, cooperative”, the representatives of ISU Dobrogea said.

INITIAL STRIPE: The representatives of the Dobrogea Emergency Situations Inspectorate announced that, on Wednesday, at 12:04, the Red Intervention Plan was activated, after a road accident occurred in Techirghiol, between a car and a minibus.

Two SMURD crews, an ambulance, a fire engine and a special vehicle for transporting multiple victims went to the scene.

Fifteen children are undergoing medical evaluation on site.
