A 21-year-old man died on Sunday morning in Constanța county, after the car he was driving hit a pole and then overturned.

According to the first information, the young man was returning from the club in Sinoe, where he had celebrated his name day in advance. He wanted to take some friends in the car, but they refused, on the grounds that the driver had been drinking.

Surveillance cameras in the village of Sinoe captured the moment when the accident occurred.

“On April 28 this year, around 5:15 a.m., police officers from the Road Safety Service were alerted to the fact that a road accident occurred on DJ 226, in the village of Sinoie. The police officers dispatched to the scene found that a 21-year-old man allegedly drove a car, would have lost steering control and would have collided with a pole and the vehicle would have overturned. As a result of the road accident, the driver died. In the case, a criminal investigation file was drawn up for the crime of manslaughter“, according to IPJ Constanța.
