Businessman Cremeneanu, sent to court for drug possession. Today’s decision of the Gorj Court!

The businessman Alexandru Mădălin Cremeneanu, the son-in-law of Mihai Prunariu, was sent to court today for committing several crimes. The Magistrates of the Gorj Court ordered the start of the trial for committing the crimes of possessing dangerous and high-risk drugs for personal use, but also for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

“Based on art. 346 para. 1 C.proc.pen. ascertains the legality of the referral to the court with the indictment no. 36/55/P/2023 of 27.03.2024 of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice – Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism – Gorj Territorial Office, of the administration of evidence and the execution of criminal prosecution documents, regarding on the defendant Cremeneanu Alexandru-Mădălin, …..

The trial of the case begins looking at the defendant Cremeneanu Alexandru-Mădălin, for committing the crimes of possession of dangerous drugs for personal consumption, without right, prev. and ped. of art. 4 paragraph (1) of Law no. 143/2000, possession of high-risk drugs for own consumption, without right, prev. and ped. of art. 4 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of Law no. 143/2000 and driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances, prev. and ped. of art. 336 para. (2) Penal Code, everything with the application of art. 38 para. (1)”, it is stated in the sentence pronounced today by the Gorj Court.
