A 38-year-old man from Arad County is under criminal investigation, being accused of attempted murder. He allegedly hit another man in the head area, the victim needing about two months of hospitalization.

“At the level of the Public Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Arad Court, investigations are being carried out against one 38-year-old defendant regarding the commission of the crime of attempted murder,” said the Public Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Arad Court, in a press release on Wednesday.

A spontaneous conflict broke out between the attacker and the victim.
