Arges. 25-year-old woman, extremely seriously injured on the second day of Easter.
The police from Arges were informed, today, about the fact that, on DJ 731, in Dârmanesti commune, there was a road accident between two cars and a motorcycle.
From the preliminary checks, carried out by the police officers of the Argeș Road Service, it was established that a 25-year-old woman from Mioveni, who was driving a motorcycle, from the direction of Coșești towards DN 73, in circumstances that will be established following the investigations, entered the lane opposite direction and collided with a car, driven, from the opposite direction, by a 62-year-old man from Mioveni, later being projected into another car, driven, in the same direction as the motorcycle, by a 28-year-old woman years, from Pitesti.
The accident resulted in serious bodily injury (fractured calf and forearm fracture) of the motorcycle driver and minor bodily injury of a 22-year-old male passenger on the motorcycle.
The drivers were tested with the breathalyzer, for the 62-year-old man, the breathalyzer indicated a value higher than the limit of 0.40 mg/l of pure alcohol in exhaled air. He was transported to a medical unit, for the collection of biological blood samples, in order to establish the alcohol level.
In the case, a criminal case was drawn up for committing the crimes of culpable bodily harm and driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and investigations are ongoing.
