National premiere project implemented by the Salvamont Gorj County Council.
The best performing mountain ambulance in Romania is now operational in Gorj. The Gorj County Council has equipped the Salvamont Service with the most efficient field ambulance in Romania. It is intended for interventions in mountainous areas and other hard-to-reach places.
This is a national first and was designed in collaboration with mountain rescuers from Gorj.
The vehicle, which has been assessed and validated by the Technical Commission of the International Mountain Rescue Committee, CISA IKAR, is equipped to transport up to five rescuers and one casualty, including full medical equipment and rescue systems adapted to different types of terrain.
It has advanced technology for communications and data analysis, including the use of drones for reconnaissance.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Letters and Social Sciences and a master’s degree in Public Administration. In 2000, he started working as a journalist at Gazeta de Sud, and from the next day, articles under his signature began to appear in the newspaper.
