The Noua neighborhood is filled with unique meanings

This year, for the Noua neighborhood in Braşov, several road re-systematizations were approved by the Traffic Commission within the City Hall. These mainly concerned the introduction of new one-way traffic, so that new parking spaces could be set up on the lanes that are occupied by parked cars anyway.
Thus, in the last meeting of the Commission, it was decided to introduce a one-way street on two streets that connect Prunului and Nucului, namely the establishment of a one-way street and the development of longitudinal parking lots on Prunului str. 46 – 50 towards Str. Nucului and on Nucului street no. 43 – 47, direction towards Prunului street.
Moreover, in February, the introduction of one-way traffic on Vişinului (from Nucului to Prunului) was also approved, taking into account that the lane is occupied by parked cars.
According to the spokesperson of the Braşov City Hall, Sorin Toarcea, in this case the approval of the Traffic Police was also obtained, so that the works of installing the indicators and creating the road markings will begin. Parking lots will be drawn on the left side (toward Penny) and the parking lots on the right side will be remodeled. The existing parking lots (those on the right side of the future one-way) will be oriented at 45 degrees, and on the left side, at the curb, 24 new parking spaces will be arranged.
The new one-way streets on Prunului and Nucului would be implemented after obtaining the police’s opinion. (BizBraşov.ro)
