The conferences of the Bucharest National Opera come with a new proposal, on May 8, from 6:30 p.m. Cristian Iftode, professor at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Bucharest, questions the “New disorder of happiness”, at the Bucharest National Opera. The theme, included in the series of meetings held on SCENA GANDIRII, is an obsessive one, and not only of our times.

“Thus, we never live, but only hope to live, and while preparing to be happy, it is clear that we never will be”, said the French philosopher Blaise Pascal.

Be it soul satisfaction, momentary euphoria, a state of well-being or the fullness of love, the path traveled or the destination, the definitions of happiness have not been lacking over time.

A legitimate aspiration of people, which leads to all kinds of contradictions regarding how to be conceived, sought, found, happiness also means a continuous challenge.
