Difficult traffic, Monday evening, at the entrance to Cluj following two road incidents on DN 1F Cluj-Napoca–Zalău and DN1E60, with three cars involved.

According to the Infotraffic Center of the Romanian Police, on DN 1F Cluj-Napoca – Zalău, between the localities of Nădășelu and Sânpaul, Cluj county, there was a road accident between two vehicles at around 16:45, as a result of which two people suffered injuries and are medically evaluated on site.

Road traffic was stopped in both directions.

“To prevent road accidents, we advise drivers to drive with increased caution, to keep the legal distance between vehicles and to ensure thoroughly when changing the direction of travel”, according to the Romanian Police.

Road accident on DN1E60, with three cars involved

Another road accident, with the involvement of three cars, occurred outside the town of Copăceni, around 4:05 p.m. One person was transported to the hospital.

“From the first investigations, a driver who would have intended to change the travel lane was hit by another car that was being driven in the same direction”, according to IPJ Cluj.

Later that car was projected into another, which was driven in the same direction.

A female passenger was taken by the medical crew

Breathalyzer tests indicated negative results.
