Immediate weather alert. Fog on the roads in Suceava, Hunedoara and Harghita counties

The Infotraffic Center of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police informs that, on Monday morning, there are no highways or national roads with traffic stopped as a result of any road event.

Fog is reported, which reduces traffic visibility below 200 meters, isolated below 50 meters, on several roads in Suceava, Hunedoara and Harghita counties.

At the national level, it is driven on a dry road with good visibility.

On the main roads, namely the A1 Bucharest-Pitesti, A2 Bucharest-Constanța, A3 Bucharest-Brașov, DN 1 Ploiești-Brașov and DN 7 Pitesti-Sibiu highways, traffic is on a dry road, with good visibility and normal traffic values.

Tonnage restrictions are imposed during this period, the circulation of vehicles with a maximum authorized mass of more than 7.5 tons (other than those intended exclusively for the transport of people) being prohibited even today, May 6, as follows:

1. Highway A2 Bucharest – Constanța (both directions):

– 06.05.2024, in the time interval 06:00-22:00;

2. DN 7 Pitesti – Râmnicu Vâlcea – Veștem (both directions):

– 06.05.2024, in the time interval 06:00-22:00;

3. DN 39 Agigea – Mangalia: (both directions):

– 06.05.2024, in the time interval 06:00-22:00.
