100,000 shares offered free of charge to key employees by a company from Mures – Mures News, Targu Mures News

The management of Aages SA Sângeorgiu de Mureș decided, on the occasion of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, to offer key employees, free of charge, a number of 100,000 shares, for “their interest and loyalty.”
“Through the Decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 26, 2023, the redemption by the company Aages SA of its own shares was approved, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, within the maximum limit of 1% of the company’s share capital, in order to implement a system remuneration of key employees to ensure their co-interest and loyalty. Through the Decision of the Board of Administration no. 1 of February 20, 2024, it was decided that the 100,000 redeemed shares will be offered free of charge to the key employees of Aages SA”, it is mentioned in a press release made public on April 29, 2024, on website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Aages SA Sângeorgiu de Mureș is a company producing systems and components in the field of induction heating and hot processing with a diversified portfolio of products and related services attached to them. The products designed and manufactured by Aages SA are mainly used in the machine building and metallurgical industries, both in the case of new investments and in the modernization of existing manufacturing lines, as they offer solutions to reduce energy consumption and make it possible to automate manufacturing processes.
