Four judges from Mures delegated by the CSM in management positions – News from Mures, News Targu Mures

The section for judges of the Superior Council of the Magistracy (CSM) approved, during April 2024, four proposals for delegation to management positions at two Mures courts.
According to the minutes of the meetings, documents made public on the website of the CSM, www.csm1909.ro, the four decisions have the following content:

• “The extension of the delegation of Mr. Judge Dima Florin in the position of President of the First Civil Section of the Târgu Mureș Court of Appeal, starting on May 1, 2024, until he takes up the position, by appointment, under the terms of the law, but no more than six months. ” (Decision No. 541 of April 11, 2024, adopted unanimously);
• “The extension of the delegation of Mrs. Judge Lupașcu Maria-Cristina in the position of president of the Civil Section of the Târgu Mures Court, starting on May 3, 2024, until she takes up the position, by appointment, under the terms of the law, but no more than six months.” (Decision No. 602 of April 18, 2024, adopted unanimously);
• “The extension of the delegation of Mr. Judge Rus Mihai-Cătălin in the position of vice-president of the Târgu Mures Court, starting on May 18, 2024, until he takes up the position, by appointment, under the terms of the law, but not more than six months.” (Decision No. 603 of April 18, 2024, adopted unanimously);
• “Extending the delegation of Mrs. Judge Șeulean-Schwartz Cristina as president of the Târgu Mureș Court, starting on May 3, 2024, until she takes up the position, through competition or examination, under the terms of the law, but no more than six months.” (Decision No. 658 of April 24, 2024, adopted unanimously).
