A real deployment of intervention forces took place after an alert was given in a neighborhood in the Botoșani municipality.
The alert was given by a relative of the owner of an apartment in the Bucovina neighborhood. Aged 70, the woman did not answer phone calls for several hours. Worried, the family members called 112, considering the worst. In a short time, fire crews, ambulance and police arrived at the scene. Because the medical crew could not enter the house, the intervention of the fire department was needed. With the help of a ladder, they climbed up to the balcony of the apartment. “A medical team was sent to the scene, which entered the house together with ISU intervention teams. Fortunately, the person inside was alive.”, said primary doctor Andreea Stărică, spokesperson of SJA Botoșani. Apparently, the woman had suffered a hypertensive attack and was unable to answer the phone due to her condition.
She received medical care right on the spot from the medical personnel of the Ambulance. Later, the woman preferred to stay at home, she being stabilized and out of any danger.
