Young driver caught by radar driving at highway speed through Mihaesti

A 25-year-old man from the municipality of Giurgiu was caught by the radar device driving in the locality at excessive speed.

The young man was traveling yesterday, on Easter, at 130 kilometers per hour on DN 73, within the radius of Mihăesti, where the maximum allowed speed is 50 kilometers per hour.

Because he pressed the accelerator pedal too hard, the young man from Giurgiu received a fine of 1,485 lei, and his driver’s license was suspended for 120 days.

A 47-year-old man from Brașov also drove at excessive speed.

On Friday, May 4, the Brașov resident was caught by the police driving at a speed of 118 km/h on DN 73 – Șițești.

For his haste, the man was fined a misdemeanor and lost his license for 90 days.

Radius on DN 65B

Those who pressed the accelerator pedal too hard on the DN 65 B were also left without a license.

On May 3, police officers from the Pitești Road Bureau detected a 41-year-old man from Bucharest, who was driving at excessive speed
car, on DN 65B, being recorded by the RADAR device at a speed of 136 km/h (on a road sector with a 70 km/h limit).

A 38-year-old man from Pitesti was in the same situation, who was recorded by the RADAR device at a speed of 128 km/h.

The two speeding drivers were fined and disqualified for 90 days.
