Dozens of shops checked by the Police, in Alba Iulia and in the cities of Apuseni. What irregularities were found and the fines imposed

Dozens of shops were checked by the Police, in Alba Iulia and in towns from Apuseni. Irregularities were found and fines of almost 30,000 lei were imposed. The action of the White Police took place on May 3.

The actions were carried out by the policemen of the Economic Crime Investigation Service from Alba. They concerned how to carry out trade in food and non-food products. The controls were carried out in Alba Iulia and in Câmpeni, Abrud and Baia de Aries.

According to IPJ Alba, the police checked 65 economic agents.

As a result of the controls, they found 14 violations of a contraventional nature. Fines in the amount of 27,000 lei were applied.

As a complementary measure, the sum of 1,131 lei was confiscated.

Among the sanctions, 9 were applied to OG 28 of 1999 regarding the obligation of economic agents to use electronic fiscal marking machines. The rest were for other normative acts that regulate trade activity.
