The works for the construction of the Industrial Park can also begin…

The signing of the contract for the design and construction of the city’s Industrial Park took place at the City Hall of Marghita, between the representatives of CJ Bihor and those of the association of companies that won the tender organized by the county administration, consisting of Leko Construct, Inteco Holding, Electro Excel Green Consulting, Rono Aqua and Caloria SRL.

The value of the contract, which was signed on Tuesday, is 21.753 million lei, excluding VAT, and the completion period is 10 months, of which 4 months for the design and 6 months for the execution of the works.

So the Marghita Industrial Park, which will have 11.49 hectares, will have to be completed at the beginning of February next year at the latest. Until then, the concession of the plots will be auctioned, says CJ Bihor.

“A big advantage for the companies that will be located in this park is the opportunity to benefit from European funds. For this park, the companies will have at their disposal an amount of over 4.2 million euros for the co-financing of investments”, said the president of CJ Bihor, Ilie Bolojan.

For this investment, 60% financed by European funds, the Marghita City Hall made available to the county administration the land, located in the southwest part of the village, at the exit to the village of Petreu, on the left side of the national road DN 19B.

CJ Bihor will create the supporting infrastructure, i.e. the network of internal streets, water supply, natural gas, electricity, domestic sewage, public lighting, as well as access to the Industrial Park.

Financing is provided through the Regional Operational Program 2021-2027, the value of the financing contract being 6.2 million euros, of which the pre-reserved budget for resident companies is 4.2 million euros.

Four industrial parks are currently being built in Bihor, including in Ștei (13.63 hectares), Alesd (8.5 hectares) and Beiuș (17.51 ​​ha). For the parks in Beiuș, Aleșd (both with the Dumexim company) and Ștei (with the association Precon Transilvania – Citadina 98), the design and construction contracts were concluded previously, the one in Marghita being the last one for which the builder was established.
