During this period of the Easter holidays, until May 6, the Police forces were supplemented in Argeș, thus reaching a daily average of almost 350 policemen.

According to the Press Office of IPJ Argeș, in addition to the safety of travel on public roads, ensured by more than 70 traffic policemen on duty with 15 radar devices every day, their colleagues from public order also act (daily average of more than 200), alongside those from the criminal investigation structures, economic, weapons, but also fighters of the Special Actions Service.
The police will also have in mind, among other things, the prevention of acts against patrimony (perpetrated by disregarding trust or by wrongful appropriation); prevention of illegal trade acts and compliance with sanitary and veterinary regulations; preventing acts that affect life and physical integrity.
Most of the troops will be on duty during the day, as well as on the night of the Resurrection of the Lord, when more than 400 policemen will act.
On Wednesday, May 1, the police will be in the places suitable for organizing picnics, in joint actions with the gendarmes from Arges and with representatives of the National Environmental Guard, but also with other structures, and the activities on the night of the Resurrection will be concentrated in the area of the shelters of worship, with a large influx of people.
