All 10 emergency centers in Braşov county will be available to those who need non-emergency medical services during the May 1st and Easter mini-holidays. Of these, four are in the municipality of Braşov, respectively on Aurora street, Cicoarei street, Albatrosului street and in Coresi, on Zaharia Stancu. Several types of medical services can be performed here, such as: “medical assistance in acute, subacute conditions, exacerbations of chronic diseases and medical-surgical emergencies, the administration by the medical assistant of the injectable or infusion medication necessary for the treatment recommended by the family doctor or specialist, as the case may be, as well as the administration of the medication necessary for the treatment emergency, the issuance of a medical letter or medical prescription, if applicable, post-surgical care such as suturing, according to the recommendations of the specialist, performing dressings and changing surgical dressings”, as stated by Ancuța Daisa (photo), the director of the Braşov Health Insurance House, Ancuța Daisa.
Remote consultations can also be provided through telemedicine services included in the family doctor’s competences.
