PNL – UDMR war, the phase on women. The Permanent Electoral Authority of Satu Mare, the apple of discord

The president of the Satu Mare County Organization of the PNL, Adrian Cozma, accused the UDMR of “preparing to defraud the school elections of June 9”. The statement was made today, during a press conference, accusing the fact that in the 2020 elections, over 7,600 ballots for the presidency of the Satu Mare County Council were cancelled.

Thus, according to the minutes prepared by the County Electoral Office after the centralization of the votes following the local elections of September 2020, it was found that a number of almost 7,700 ballots for the appointment of the president of the County Council were declared null, that is, theoretically, almost 5% of the voters from Satu Mare county stamped wrongly on the sheets of paper, given that they contained the simplest sections, in each section only one name of the candidate from each party registered in the electoral race was entered.

“Only here and in Vaslui did something like that happen then, but now I assure you that it will not happen again! (…) UDMR did an opinion poll and knows that it is not in first place, so they will do everything possible to steal my votes again, but this election will not be the same as in 2020. Then it was between UDMR, PSD and PNL, but now they have no one to play with us!”, said Adrian Cozma.

UDMR reacted strongly through Senator Turos Lorand, who stated that: “Deputy Adrian Cozma accused the UDMR of preparing the fraud of local elections. It is a new diversion, by which he prepares an excuse for the moment when he will lose the elections for the presidency of the Satu Mare County Council.

Last week he invented a clone candidate “Pataki Csaba”, which he wanted to throw into battle, but the maneuver did not succeed. It is well known that the signatures on the list of the “independent candidate” Pataki Csaba were collected by PNL Satu Mare members, most of the signatures being found on the lists of supporters of Adrian Cozma.

There is no state of incompatibility, neither for me, nor for Maria Mihaiu. The incompatibility is the presence of Mr. Cozma’s daughter, Andrea Lorena Kira, in the County Electoral Office as technical staff, the wife of PNL vice-president Beniamin Kira, candidate on the PNL list for the County Council. Mrs. Kira recently arrived in the Permanent Electoral Authority of Satu Mare, by transfer from Consumer Protection, under the pressure of the general secretary of AEP, Dan Vlaicu. The great “man” Adrian Cozma finished the wars with Pataki and Govor and ended up hitting the ladies, fighting with Maria Mihaiu, Paula Mare or Cecilia Marinescu!”
