Compa Sibiu distributes 1.53 million lei to shareholders in the form of dividends

Compa Sibiu will distribute to the shareholders a fifth of the profit recorded in the last year, most of the money being allocated to investments, informs Profit.ro.

“The Ordinary General Meeting of Compa Sibiu Shareholders (CMP) approved the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the distribution of the net profit of 7.67 million lei. Thus, the amount of 6.14 million lei is allocated for own sources of development, while 1.53 million lei will go to shareholders in the form of dividends”, says Profit.ro.

On December 31, 2023, the company had total debts of 190.59 million lei.

Last year, Compa launched a hotel in Sibiu under the Mercure brand, for which it has an agreement with Accor.

Also, the board mandated the executive management to prepare the steps to divide the company in the sense of separating the real estate activity from the basic activity object in the production of auto components.
