The castle of the 75-year-old woman, with a pension of only 1,000 lei, has two floors, at least 10 rooms and over 150m of terraces. Alin Moldoveanu’s political debut is special to say the least. He went from martial arts straight into the mayor’s office.
“I ran for Poiana Câmpina, at the suggestion of a good friend, Florin Anghel. Although I didn’t know much about the administration, it was a challenge that I set myself, I hoped to emerge victorious and I succeeded.
He also moved my residence from Câmpina to Poiana, so that I could run,” says Alin Moldoveanu, the mayor of Câmpina.
