Unique event, on Saturday and Sunday, dedicated to lovers of plants, flowers and nature, in Copou – Ziarul de Iasi

Organized at the USV Iași Stadium, Garden Fest is a meeting point for entrepreneurs, specialists, students and all those who are passionate about plants and nature, through this event wishing to strengthen the ties between the academic community and professionals in the field.

Visitors have access to a variety of information and resources, including landscaping and maintenance, plants, seedlings, plant products, lawns, and gardening equipment and supplies. They will also be able to participate in workshops organized by exhibitors and discover wines and wine products. The event also benefits from the presence of the Association of Local Producers: Produs in Iași, as well as other relevant associations and organizations, which will contribute to enriching the visitors’ experience. Last but not least, the culinary delights will be available at the gastronomic stands in the food area.

Educational workshops are organized for the children present, focused on sowing and planting in pots, promoting education for a sustainable future and respect for nature.

Also, today, from 12:00, the “Gardens from Ramă” opening will take place, curator: Dr. Victor Bejan (curator and art critic), in the Marble Hall of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Iași. The exhibition will be open from April 27 to May 4, 2024, with visiting hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Throughout the event, the promotional campaign “Universul jardinierelor” will be held at the stand Green Project. Thus, by purchasing planters, hanging pots or supports for them in the minimum value of 250 lei, you will receive Dr.Soil fertilizer for balcony plants for the entire season for free*.

* According to the fertilization instructions, about 3 liters of fertilizer are needed for a full season (April – September).
