Pilgrimages of Flowers

On this day, there will be several pilgrimages organized in the Archdiocese of Iasi on the occasion of the Floriilor celebration. Thus, at The Neamt Stone the pilgrimage will take place The Son of God – the Fountain of Life. From 1:30 p.m., the pilgrimage will start on the route: “St. John the Baptist” Church of Mărăței I (near the Hospital) – Hospital roundabout – Museum of History – Ceahlău Hotel – Youth Theater – “St. John the Baptist” Church (where officiate the Vespers service).

In the Pašcani Deanery, the Florii pilgrimage will take place starting at 2 p.m. in the two cities of the Archdiocese, Pașcani and Târgu Frumos. In Pașcani, the pilgrimage will take place in the valley area of ​​the city, on the following route: Church “Adormirea Maicii Domnului” – esplanade – Str. Train stations – Str. Ceferistilor – “Sfânta Veneri” Church. In the town of Târgu Frumos, the pilgrimage will have the following route: “Saint Nicholas” Church – Str. Nicolae Bălcescu – “Sfinții Apostoli” Church – the city esplanade and will go to the “Sfânta Cuvioasă Parascheva” Church.

In the MUNICIPALITY IASIthe Flower Pilgrimage will be organized by the three deacons of Iași and will begin at 3:00 p.m., together with the Vespers service performed at the Bărboi Monastery by the Most Reverend Father Nichifor Botoșaneanul, and will continue according to the following schedule:

– 16.00 – Prayer of blessing of the willows;

– 16.30 – Departure to the “Saint Sava” Church (Str. Bărboi – Str. Costache Negri), to the “Sfinții Trei Hierarhi” Monastery;

– 17.00 – “Sfinții Trei Hierarhi” monastery – departure to the Metropolitan Cathedral, on Ştefan cel Mare si Sfânt Boulevard;

– 17.30 – Arrival at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Iasi, where the procession of pilgrims will be greeted by His Eminence Father Metropolitan Teofan.

to Goofythe pilgrimage will start at 1:00 p.m., departing from the “Assumption of the Virgin Mary” Cathedral, to the “Sfântul Nicolae Domnesc” Church.

to Târgu Neamt, the pilgrimage will start at 3:00 p.m., when the Vespers service will be held at the “St. Nicholas” Church – Țuțuieni. It will then start in procession towards the “Adormirea Maicii Domnului” Cathedral, on Ştefan cel Mare Boulevard.

In the Darbani Deanerythe pilgrimage will start at 4:00 p.m., at the “St. Nicholas” Church and will proceed to the “Saints Constantine and Elena” Church.

to Saventhe pilgrimage will start at 12:00 p.m., departing from the “Saint George” Church to the “Saint Nicholas” Church.

In the Deanery of Ceahlăuthe Flower pilgrimage will be organized in Pârâul Cârjei Parish, and in Deanery of Roznov a pilgrimage will be organized in each commune on the canonical area of ​​the archdiocese.
