♦ Victor Căpitanu, Andrei Diaconescu, Claudio Cisullo and Marius Diaconu sold shares in the real estate developer One United to allow new investment and pension funds to invest in the company, and the money will be used for a capital increase, in which they will participate almost all shareholders.
One United Properties is considering expanding with new projects also outside Bucharest, and for the first time, it no longer focuses only on constructions with apartments in the upper price range, but also bets on units with more affordable prices, which is why it expands investments in sector 5 of the Capital.
“We see a great demand for “affordable premium”, with decent apartments, community and facilities. That is why we built One Lake District, Timpuri Noi, Cotroceni Park and we are moving forward with the future project from Rocar. We see demand for “Dacia” or “Ikea” type apartments. The demand is because many want to leave the old blocks, built during the communist period”, said Victor Căpitanu, co-CEO and co-founder of One United.
