The unpleasant experience of a woman, after buying chicken from a supermarket in Cluj: “I didn’t have the courage to touch the meat”

--

A woman from Cluj had an unpleasant experience after purchasing a chicken wing casserole from a store in Cluj-Napoca.

Although the product was not expired, the meat had a strong rotten smell, the woman claims.

“It is not the first time that I buy meat from Lidl and it is spoiled.

Another time I took it back, this time I threw away the receipt last night (when I bought it) and today when I was going to cook lunch I opened the package and didn’t have the courage to touch the meat because of how bad it smelled.

I don’t have the store on the corner of the block so I can walk back with every bad product. I’m writing this post to recommend others to avoid the products in this store’s fridge”the woman wrote on a social network.

A woman responded, noting that it could be the fault of those who handled the meat before it was exposed.

“It’s not expired… it was actually kept in bad conditions before it was exposed, the problem is the employees of that store, who were negligent.. you can report to the store what happened to you. ‘

On the other hand, it is also possible that a customer left the product at random around the store, in conditions, or kept it in the cart for a certain period of time and later put it back in the refrigerator.

“There are also customers who give up certain products and leave them where they can be, that is, until they are found, they spoil. I have had surprises in other stores as well. I contacted the manufacturer directly and proved it with the receipt and the product where I requested an investigation.”explained a woman from Cluj.
