LPS Suceava qualified from first place in the round of 16 of the National Under-17 Football Championship. In the elimination phase of the competition, the team coached by Andrei Itco will meet Gloria Bistrita on Sunday, April 28, on the synthetic field of the Suceava Sports Program High School.

LPS Suceava qualified for the round of 17 of the National Under-17 Championship from the position of first place holder in the I series of the play-off, where they recorded six wins, one draw and three defeats.

In the elimination phase of the competition, the team coached by Andrei Itco will meet Gloria Bistrita on Sunday, April 28, on the synthetic train of the Suceava Sports Program High School. The following matches will be played in the playoffs: CSŞ Craiova – Chindia Târgoviște, FC Botoșani – FC Bacău, CSC Șelimbăr – FCU Craiova CS Dumbrăvița – FC Hermannstadt, SCM Zalău – LPS Sebeș, Daco-Getica Bucharest – Arena Academy Bucharest and Progresul Spartac – Galati Steel.

The under-17 football team of the Suceava High School with Sports Program consists of the following players: Păunel Apetrei, Albert Bodnariuc, Sebastian Burlacu, Alexandru Anton, Sebastian Nisioi, Ștefan Recolciuc, Vlad Roșca, Florin Scutariu, Cosmin Toderean, Ionuț Țugui, Gabi Bolohan, Matei Craciuc, Fabian Gaină, Gabriel Crițan, Cristian Lupu, Christian David, Sergiu Galiț, Luca Gavrilovici, Daniel Daneliuc, Victor Băbăscu, Augustin Gaină and Alberto Ursachi. This season, the team coached by Andrei Ițcu even reached the semi-finals of the Romanian Cup, where it was eliminated with the overall score of 3 to 5 by Player Bucharest.
