Unirea Slobozia promoted for the first time in the Romanian Football Super League, after defeating CS Mioveni with a score of 1-0 (1-0), on Wednesday evening, away, in a match of the 6th stage the play-off of the II Football League.
The only goal of the game was scored by Florin Purece (45+3), from the penalty.
The team coached by Adrian Mihalcea has a lead of 13 points over AFK Csikszereda Miercurea Ciuc, which occupies the 5th place, the first of the playoffs.

The top six ranked at the end of the regular season play in the play-off for promotion to the football Super League. The first two eligible teams (CSC Şelimbăr and Corvinul Hunedoara do not have the right to promotion) at the end of the play-off will directly promote to the Superleague. The next two eligible teams will play play-off matches with the 7th and 8th place finishers from the Superleague play-out.
