2Performant investors approve the company’s global expansion plan – Biz Magazine

The development plans of 2Performant entered the straight line after the investors gave their consent, on April 22, in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (AGEA), for all 12 points subject to the vote. Thus, the technology company and leader in innovative e-commerce and affiliate marketing solutions, will begin the steps to expand to foreign markets, anticipating a 55% increase in turnover through the international online sales competition, BusinessLeague.com.

This innovative platform will serve not only as a venue for the competition, but also as an entry point for new players from around the world. The countries where the campaigns are already being carried out are Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Poland, and further steps are to be taken in Great Britain and the USA.

Invited to the Marmorosch Hotel, as well as online, through the eVote platform, the 1366 2Performant investors had the opportunity to debate the future of the company and express their options. Thus, over 60% of the voting rights were exercised. Not only the high level of interaction is noteworthy, but also the proactive support offered to young entrepreneurs and digital marketing professionals through dedicated financial solutions, one of the points discussed at AGEA.

The management team also aims for the current year to increase the number of clicks generated through the platform by 45% and the value of sales by 52%, thus consolidating its position as a market leader in the e-commerce field.

The company also co-opted two new members to the Board of Directors: Matei Pavel and Vladimir Oane, who will support the management team in the company’s international orientation.
